The Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the United States of America. The first three Articles of the Constitution establish the rules and separate powers of the three branches of the federal government: a legislature, the bicameral Congress; an executive branch led by the President; and a federal judiciary headed by the Supreme Court. The last four Articles frame the principle of federalism. The Tenth Amendment confirms its federal characteristics.

The Preamble
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
Duties Of Congress, the President, and the Courts
Our forefathers that wrote the constitution provided safeguards against despotism by providing a balance of power. The Constitution was set up to clearly divide the legislative, judicial, and executive powers. Seven amendments relate to the three branches of the federal government. Congress has three, the Presidency has four, the Judiciary has one. The Legislative branch makes the laws, the Judicial branch interpret the laws, and the Executive branch decides policy and enforces the law.
The Final Thought!
The Constitution is being shredded apart by the Obama administration. They are implementing laws that will totally exonerate the Constitution, we will not have any civil liberties and we will be under dictatorship. It will be kinda like Auschwitz, that's how they will have you all, cause we not going to the concentration camps, no thanks! But truthfully speaking they are planning the demise of the lower class, and having a constitution in place doesn't fit into their sinister plan to take over the world. Wake UP! Can you hear, WAKE UP!
